Call now to inquire about our low hourly rate.

We charge a minimum of 1 hour for service calls. Work that takes longer than an hour will be priced in 15 minute intervals.
We charge 1 hour for in-home consultations, a small price to pay for honest advice. Charge is waived with the purchase of a stove or heating-cooling system
We charge 1.5 hours per hour of emergency service work performed between 4:00pm and 7:30am.
We charge an additional fee for traveling outside of our Home "Green" Zone. See below for Travel Rates.
